A web campground issue tracker: Lincoln Community Campground guests report facility issues online; staff update status and replies; admins manage roles.

What it does

  • Report: guests log in and submit an issue (title + description)
  • Issues: role-based lists — guests see their own; helper/admin see all open/unclosed
  • Comments & status: follow up on the detail page; helper/admin can set new / open / stalled / resolved
  • Users: admins search users, change roles, enable/disable accounts
  • Profile: edit profile, password, and avatar

Tech notes

  • Python Flask Blueprints (auth / issues / user / main)
  • Flask-Login + Bcrypt for session login and password hashing
  • MySQL three tables: users · issues · comments
  • Bootstrap 5 English UI, Nginx subpath /lcc/

Notes on this write-up

Coursework first version; in 2026 I re-ran it locally, filled gaps in routes/permissions, unified the UI, and deployed to Aliyun alongside FMS and this site. Code on GitHub; live demo is login-ready (seed accounts in the repo docs).

做什么

  • Report：访客登录后提交问题（标题 + 描述）
  • Issues：按角色查看工单列表；访客只看自己的，helper/admin 看全部未关闭
  • Comments & status：工单详情页评论跟进；helper/admin 可改 new / open / stalled / resolved
  • Users：管理员搜索用户、调整角色、启用/停用账号
  • Profile：修改资料、密码与头像

技术点

  • Python Flask Blueprint 分模块（auth / issues / user / main）
  • Flask-Login + Bcrypt 会话登录与密码哈希

整理说明

课程期间完成初版，2026 年重新跑通本地环境，补全路由与权限、统一界面，部署到阿里云并与 FMS、个人站共存。代码见 GitHub，在线演示 可直接登录体验（预置账号见仓库文档）。
